PERIMI Official provides a luxury resale and buyback platform where customers can submit luxury items for professional appraisal, receive quotes, and sell their items. Our services include online quote requests, in-person appraisals (Bay Area home service or store visits), and nationwide mail-in service.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Services, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Item Submissions and Quotes

When you submit an item for a quote through our platform:

• All items must be authentic. Submitting counterfeit items is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
• Quotes provided are estimates based on photos and descriptions. Final offers may differ after in-person inspection.
• Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified.
• PERIMI reserves the right to decline any item at its sole discretion.

5. Authentication and Valuation

All items undergo professional authentication and valuation by our expert team. Valuations are based on current market conditions, item condition, authenticity, and demand. PERIMI uses real-time global auction data and over 10 years of industry expertise to provide fair and transparent pricing.

6. Payment

Upon acceptance of a quote and successful authentication, payment will be issued as follows: instant payment for Bay Area in-person transactions, and within one business day for mail-in transactions. Payment methods and timing may vary based on transaction amount and type.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by PERIMI Group and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on our platform without express written permission.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit counterfeit, stolen, or misrepresented items
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or PERIMI staff

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PERIMI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to you in the most recent transaction.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Services after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
